Dr.Telekha Shanmugam from Malaysia, is an adventure and successful business woman with multi  talent. Her journey started working when she was 18 years old and continued her study part time for  Secretary cum business Administration. 

Dr.Telekha, the Director of SLC Logistics & Distributions Sdn. Bhd specialized in Truck  Transportation Services. She has been honored with the “Super Boss Award” under the Women  Icon Awards, Consumer’s Choice Award under MTPN, Malaysia and awarded the honorary title  of Doctorate in Gandhian Philosophy under Gandhi Peace Foundation, Nepal. 

She was born on 18 May 1981 the mother of two sons, began her career as a clerical clerk at JPSS Trading and Logistics and her personal qualities drove her to make their big idea a reality. She credits much of her hard-earned success to the company, the director of the Star Transportation and Distribution Sdn.Bhd, Mr Sardar Singh noticed that she has leadership qualities to run a business. Hence, he decided to appoint her as the director for another company, SLC Logistics & Distribution Sdn.Bhd and it’s been moonlighting for a few years till date. 

With the clock ticking, Dr.Telekha has also dipped her toes as a director of SAT Trading specialized in General Insurance and importing women's clothes. She was also awarded the AXA general Insurance achiever award for the year 2018,2019 and 2020. 

Apart from these 2 companies she is also director of I Studio Rehearsal & Recording Services, Specialized in Music Distribution/ Record Label Singing/Drum Recording/Composing/Mixing/Jamming Services/Basic Guitar Lesson. I Studio had been dubbing for movies ( Malaysia Local Broadcast Channel Astro/RTM), voice over for Corporate companies and been recording for Indian Kontakt Library, Chennai India for  Virtual Studio Technology (VST). I studio Rehearsal & Recording Services is a member of  Recording Industry Association of Malaysia (RIM) 

Dr. Telekha is active in sports, she is an international marathon runner and won more than 50 medals in  local and international. She has been participating in 10.5km Laguna Phuket Marathon- Thailand in  2017, 10km Standard Chartered Marathon-Singapore in 2018, 10km Angkor Wat International  Marathon – Cambodia in 2019, 100km Great wall of China Virtual Ultra in 2021 and more. 

She also involves herself in a spiritual line. She is a certified Reiki practitioner, (Reiki Usui  Traditional of Natural Healing), Certified accredited EFT/TFT Tapping Practitioner and Certified  Belief Clearing Practitioner. Meditation and yoga are a must in her daily routine. Her hobby is to Travel the world. 

Recently in 2021 she has been awarded the SDP Women Achiever Award for the title of Adventures  Women by IAWA. 

Everyone wants the decision to be easy or quick, but it will never be. Put in the effort, demonstrate that you’ll keep doing the work even if you’re the only one in your corner. Then go ahead and make it happen. Well, Dr.Telekha has proved that her freaking hard work has finally reaped its rewards.
