A mother of 3 beautiful children, namely: Miguel, Jana and Joaquin, a happy wife to Ariel, a team leader, Maolen “MAO” Tolentino has a heart, authenticity, constancy and passion. She was nurtured to be independent, authentic and with value . Thus, her life purpose emerged: to be her true self, uninhibited by fear; to inspire others to live with value & to live authentically with passion.

She brought her inspiring story, transformation and authenticity to build a group of empowered individuals who advocate hope to live a healthy and wealthy life. Boldly, she created her own Talk Show entitled “Simply Mao”, during the pandemic, with a purpose to inspire, transform and empower people especially women in times of adversity. 

Coach Mao also believes that “There is no perfect life, situation & people, we all make mistakes but how we learn from it matters, we have a choice to get stuck to where we are or get back up and move on”.

As the Host and Creator of Simply Mao, she believes that every human being in this world deserves a second chance that through their stories of success, failures, trials, hitting the rock-bottom & getting back-up will inspire people to have hope, that whatever happens to us in the darkness it helps push us into the light. 

As a Global Leader in Health and Wellness, she values the importance of taking care of the body as a gift to one self and to the people we love, because she believes that we cannot give what we do not have, if we value our health, we have so much to give in this world.

As a Managing Director of Masterminds Institute Training and Development Services, she believes that growing oneself through personal development, leadership training and coaching, can lead people to achieve greater heights. I am very excited to receive this recognition award by “Women Icon powered by Times Women”.
