Natasha WEBBER, born in 1981 in OMSK, RUSSIA holds the position of Director of Sales of Marriott Mauritius, for Russian, C.I.S and Turkish markets with effect 16th of April 2022. Seasoned Hotelier, Natasha carries over 20 years of expertise in Tourism & Luxury Hospitality. She has successfully contributed to the development of the Russian market to the Indian Ocean. 

Holder of an Executive MBA degree from Leeds Beckett University, Natasha won several awards such as ‘Africa’s Woman Leaders Award’ in 2018 by Africa Leadership Awards, ‘Most Influential Global Marketing Leader’ in 2017 by World Marketing Congress & ‘Africa’s Most Influential CMO’ in 2015 by Africa Leadership Awards.

Natasha has been holding the position of Head of Sales & Marketing with The Lux Collective for the last 10 years prior to joining Marriott Mauritius.

Natasha has been actively involved in the Travel and Hospitality industry since 2002. She believes that:  “Sales & Marketing are in constant evolution in today’s dynamic world”.
