Overview

Miss Vanisha Rajaysur is a reputed and zealous professional in the field of Human Resource Management in Mauritius. With 14 years of vital experience, Miss Vanisha served as Head of Human Resources for many highly esteemed companies of Mauritius. Since 2019, she wanted to give a new challenge to her career development and thus, devoted herself fully to the Education sector. 

She is presently working as Full Time Lecturer and Programme Leader of the Faculty of Management at AMITY Mauritius. She has won more than 80 Coveted awards at both National and International level, like Most Influential HR professional of the World (Top 100) – 4 times, Most Talented Young HR of Africa, Most Influential HR of Africa – 2 times, Young HR Professional of the World – 3 times, Women Personality of the Year, Tiger Globe Leadership Award and Women Super Achiever of Mauritius – 5 times, amongst many. She is also a keynote speaker in Human Resource and Education for many international platforms like the World HRD Congress, the World Leadership Congress and Femina Women Congress.  Moreover, Miss Vanisha has been recognized with a Honoris Causa Doctorate in Human Resources Management in 2019 in Thailand for her wonderful work as an HR Professional and a Researcher in the field of Education.

Miss Vanisha is also a philanthropist by heart and has indulged herself into social work ever since she was a child. She followed the steps of her Father, and she is presently the member of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Mauritius, an NGO. She has worked on many projects at National level, as project Director. She focuses mostly her social projects on the Sustainable development Goals. She was the Project Director for Peace advocacy and for stop domestic violence project. Besides that, she extends her passion in helping the society by associating herself with many other NGOs of Mauritius for a better and harmonious society. She has since last year been appointed as the National Peace Ambassador of Mauritius. 

With much honour, Miss Vanisha feels blessed to be part of this recognition and she wishes to thank heartily “Women Icon powered by Times Women” for deeming her as worthy of this fantastic international award. This is not the end but a continuity of this journey towards empowering the youngsters, the women and other people to walk the extra miles in their life. She also aspires to leave her legacy for others to follow. Miss Vanisha has moved from an outsider to a winner in life through her dedication and handwork, by remaining simple and humble.
