I’m so blessed and  humble to accept this award. It’s a gift for my hard work. This recognition would bring me to the next level in my business career. 

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION 

I was born in Selangor, Malaysia on 18 May 1981 to a Shanmugam Muthusamy father and Animery Palawindram a mother. I Started working when I was 18 years old and studied part time. 

Married to Mogan Krishnan in 2008 and mother of two Sons Dhieran Mogan dan Darshan  Mogan  

I was educated at School Taman Sri Muda, Selangor, Diploma In Executive Secretaryship at  Olympia College (1999), Certified Management Executive at Cambridge International  University (2004), Certificate of Certified Insurance Agent (2013), Certificate of certified Unit  Trust Consultants (2019), Certificate in Economics and International Business, Strategy and  Operation, Resources Management, Essential Management Skill at International Business  Management Institute ,Berlin Germany (2021), Master of Business Administration (MBA)  Singapore Business School (2021-Present), Certificate in Reiki Practitioner (2020), Accredited  Certificate of EFT/TFT Tapping Practitioner. 

CAREER 

I worked very briefly with JPSS Trading and Logistic as a Clerical Clerk (1999-2001) and  becoming an Admin Executive for Wire & Wire Products (M) Sdn.Bhd (2002-2003),Secretary  for Star Transport & Distribution Sdn.Bhd (2004-2008) this company was a turning point in  my life, as I do multitask of job such as Billing/Accounts/ Handle Transport Operation/Handle  Payroll /Attend meeting and learned more skills from this company. 

Upon looking into my skills Mr.Sardar Singh Director of Star Transport & Distribution Sdn.Bhd had given me a golden opportunity by appointing me as director for another company, SLC Logistic & Distribution Sdn.Bhd to bring the business to next level. 

SLC Logistic & Distribution Sdn.Bhd – Transportation Service Company incorporate in 2005 

It was a big challenge and golden opportunity for me. I started the company motto “TO BE THE  BEST” and the Mission for the company is “Provide Quality Transportation Services  and to be Competitive and Profitable”.  

? We made a change on transportation, strategize, manage and continually refine and  network industry. 

? Coordinating the day-today transportation operation of a company and directing major  projects and supervising hundreds of employees, delegating tasks accordingly.  ? Monitoring performance, and conducting regular follow-up with business objectives. ? Maintain Awareness of all financial transactions, ensuring that projects are in line with  her allotted budgets and establishing rates with carriers and providers. 

It’s had been 15 years, SLC Logistic & Distribution Sdn.Bhd are the best competitor in  peninsular Malaysia specialize delivery in Automotive Goods such as (MERCEDES  BAND/VOLKSWAGEN/MAZDA/HONDA/TOYOTA/PROTON/PERODUA/MODENAS) 

Currently SLC owned 20-Units Prime Mover (40FT), 31-Units 10 Ton, 13-Units of 5 Tons and  40 Rental Subcon Truck and SLC in progress to getting (ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION) for development and implementation of Quality Management Systems. 

Beside SLC I’m also a director for 2 other company as below: - 

1. SAT Trading (2014) – (General Insurance AXA & ETIQA and import women cloths  (Textiles) from India and sell online) 

 2018 – Bronze Achiever Award (Axa Affin General Insurance Berhad)  2019 – Silver Achiever Award (Axa Affin General Insurance Berhad 

2. I studio Rehearsal & Recording (2018) – (Music Distribution/Record Label  Singing/Drum Recording/Composing/Mixing/Jamming Services/Basic Guitar Lesson. 

HOBBIES 

Participate in Marathon Run in Malaysia and International 

2017- 10.5KM Phuket Marathon, 2018- 10KM Standard Chartered Marathon, 2019-10KM  Angkor Wat, Cambodia Marathon and more in Malaysia. 

Had Venture to heal people who need it by Reiki and TFT/EFT Tapping. Meditation is must in my daily routine 

MY GOAL 

To Be Successful and Adventure Business Women in the World and would like to inspire  other women out there to be a star and let’s rock the world together.
