Overview
She
is Jennifer Abellana Diao, born in Cebu City, Philippines.
She
graduated with courses Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) from the
University of San Jose-Recoletos, Cebu City and Bachelor of Science in Commerce
(BSC) and Master of Science in Business Administration (MSBA) from University
of the Visayas, Cebu City. Currently,
she is pursuing her Global Doctorate in Management Studies.
Her
first job was teaching for eleven (11) years in private school and later
working in Local Government Unit. Her
first stint was in the City Accounting Office for two (2) years and promoted
assigned with the Department of Education. Later, she was pulled out and
assigned with the City Cooperative and Manpower Development Office. After years
of service, looking for an Administrative Officer she was detailed with the
City Environment and Natural Resources Office for more than ten (10) years and
finally handles the Business One Stop Shop from 2017 up to this date being the
Business One Stop Shop (BOSS) In-charge.
The
Business One Stop Shop is one of the Best Practices to be considered in the Local Government Unit of
Bayawan City. It has been visited
from different LGU's as their learning site and being invited as a
Resource Speaker too.

Agad Award, Sunshine Award for straight 5 (Five) years, City Mayor’s ABCD
Award, Employee of the Department (City Environment and Natural Resources
Office and City Administrator’s Office)
Ka “Team-Bayayong” Award, Young Leader of the Year.
A feather in her cap, she is a holder of Lean
Six Sigma White belt and Yellow Belt Certificate. She has successfully
completed the Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training (BOSH) Safety
Officer 2 and attended on the Himalayan Way Leadership Program, Certified
Impaakt Rater and fully certified customer loyalty and retention expert.
She
is an active member with
Womens Walkers for Progress- Bayawan (WOWAP Bay), Catholic Women's League (CWL), LGU-Choir,
advocate of Environment, UNICEF and Women's Empowerment
through Walking and Running.
