I am Tanaletcummi D/0 Suppramany an accountant who specializes in the fields of accounts and financial management. I have attained the confidence and trust of the management I work in, and utilized my fullest potential in this field.

First and foremost, I am blessed and honoured to receive the award “Excellent Achievers Award” under the category of women’s individual leadership achievement award by women icon. It truly increases my sense of self-worth in all i do and also motivates me to advance myself. Receiving this award will be able to give me the self-confidence to become a role model for the younger generation in our community and to be able to show them that they can achieve anything in life regardless of who they are. I'll push myself to improve who I am and become a better version of myself.

Receiving this award will be the first step i take in achieving my future goals. I wish to show my sincere gratitude to my guru, Ms Nalini Rathakris, who has guided me along the path and is the reason I am here today. As a student approaching adulthood, it is time for me to start my career life, particularly in the field of business management and accounting.

My interest in accounting or administration is best suited for me, based on an examination of my talents, abilities, and attributes. This profession caught my attention because i have always been interested in finance and documentation. Currently, I am pursuing my diploma in business administration at Unitar International University. During the past two years, I Have had several experiences working in the field of Management and Accounting. My involvement has allowed me to explore management and accounting services in two companies and two organizations with different objectives and purposes. I gained knowledge about the management and accounting in Xing Yun Gold Sdn Bhd, Muhara (M) Sdn Bhd And Sri Rathakrishanan music and Arts Centre, As well as a non-profit organization, Pertubuhan Kesenian & Kebudayaan Srfa. My experience through my education and career has allowed me to gain a better understanding of how certain matters work in the field of business and accounting.

Since I Was three years old, much of my free time has been devoted to training in the ancient indian dance form of Bharatanatyam. At Sri Rathakrishanan Music and Arts Centre, under the guidance of guru Nalini Rathakris, It has been a wonderful 17 years of experience in this spiritual and cultural art. I'm looking forward to living a balanced life where i can devote time to my family, my faith, my hobbies, and myself. My favorite kind of dance is Bharatanatyam (Indian Classical Dance), which intrigues me because it allows us to express our emotions through movement without having to use words. I have expertise in Bharatanatyam because I think it's what I do the best.

It has great expression and it consistently keeps me motivated and energized. I always present myself to my classes with a positive attitude and I enthusiastically anticipate the next one. My commitment to participating in these classes is demonstrated through the number of experiences and accomplishments I have achieved throughout the years. Each lesson has not only improved my physical stamina, posture, rigidity and elegance, but it also left a meaningful impact on my daily life, mentally and spiritually.

My principal has constantly enforced discipline, emphasized virtues and established positive character traits while fostering organizational, leadership and communication capacities. I feel very satisfied and productive after taking each class which has also contributed a lot of values and positivity in my life.

That being said, I am not just a trainer in a dance academy, I am also an active member of Pertubuhan Kesenian & Kebudayaan Srfa, a registered Non- Profit Organization. Being the treasurer of this organization in 2021 and 2022 has given me many beneficial experiences. I have also had the opportunity to be in the organising committee of kempen hari merdeka 2020 (national day campaign) in which I was required to give goodie bags and free food to the frontlines who worked hard during the covid-19 pandemic.

I was also part of the voice of earth campaign which was held in 2021, earlier this year that emphasized environmental awareness. My duties include providing assistance to prepare budgets and review daily or weekly cash flows as well as prepare a financial report to present during meetings.

As for suaranatya, breaking barriers and records, an event done to enter the malaysia books of records and asia books of record, I was assigned as the backstage manager. Therefore, coordinating with people in charge, editing and finalizing checklist were part of my responsibilities. Just Like the abovementioned, I have performed numerous social and community services for I am a passionate volunteer. I wish to continue my services for as long as my abilities permit as an effort to give back to community
