The feminine strength behind the prosperous endeavors of A&R Fashion Collection, Qwineva Prestige Sdn Bhd, and Qwineva Prestige Textile Trading LLC Dubai is Mrs. Bibi Rosma. Born on January 26th, 1981, in Klang, Selangor, She is a married woman and the mother of two sons. She is the driving force behind this lucrative endeavor. From Malaysia's Tenaga Nasional University, she earned a bachelor's degree in business administration. Before stepping into the oil and gas project field, she worked for a few years with several banks across the nation. She broadens her skill set with her relatively new experience as a director and shareholder in an oil and gas company.

After several years of this, she eventually made the decision to tone it down and start her own business. They said that women and fashion can’t be separated. With her first degree and MBA in hand, she started with the A&R Fashion Collection, Arabian clothing from Dubai at an affordable price. Because she is a capable, family-focused individual, she values taking on responsibilities and enjoys challenges. Nothing compares, too, to the satisfaction of working in the welcoming environment of one's own business. She has won the Woman Icon Award for Woman Entrepreneur of the Year.

With her faith in God and a positive outlook, along with the support of her family, she knows how to navigate through rough times. She considers herself blessed and feels there is still a long way to go. On any bad day, she looks back at the journey she’s covered and strives to give her best by persevering. She holds that since each of us is unique and has a unique story, we should never compare ourselves to others. 

A&R Fashion Collection began operations as a sole proprietorship on October 10th, 2016 and specializes in both wholesale and retail clothing. The business initially sold top-notch Arabic clothing from Dubai, including abayas, men's condoras, jubahs, and kurtas. Their brand name, Sarong by A&R, is carried by all their boutiques. All their Muslim clothing is priced from RM10 at the lowest end to RM109 at the highest. "Quality doesn't necessarily have to be expensive," is the company's guiding principle.

In addition to the apparel industry, they also participate in the home furnishings sector, where they offer bedding items, carpets, and rugs. Prices range from RM5, which is the lowest, to RM200, which is the highest. Their retail location, The Carpet Boutique, features a variety of carpets, rugs, and bedding products.

The most significant breakthrough was signing a contract to supply Aeon Big Hypermarket Malaysia with all of its products in 2016, including clothing, carpets, and rugs. The company expanded its line of Aeon Big Hypermarket products in 2020 by including casual Muslimah clothing, shawls, hijabs, and mattresses.

Qwineva Prestige Sdn Bhd was formally established in the year 2021. A business built on the solid foundation of A&R Fashion Collection Another significant step in the business' expansion is Qwineva Prestige. They used to purchase stocks in Dubai for their line of Arabic clothing, but now they are making their own line of Arabic clothing there. The factory and warehouse of Qwineva Prestige Sdn Bhd, incorporated as Qwineva Prestige Textile Trading LLC, are in Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Another accomplishment for the entire organization will come in 2022 when Qwineva Prestige Sdn Bhd becomes a supplier for Lulu Hypermarket and Departmental Store Malaysia. While Qwineva is used for the home furnishings section of Lulu Department Store, Queeniva is the specific brand name for the store's textile line. Textile products include a variety of Arabic clothing for men and women, as well as women's casual wear, hijabs, and shawls. Rugs, carpets, mattresses, prayer mats, and tablecloths are home furnishings.

With the expansion of business in Jakarta, Indonesia, in place, she will lead the business to grow not only in its existing product offering but also into related fields such as halal skin care, beauty and health supplements, as well as cosmetics not only for women but for men as well.
