P. Sujatha has bagged Distinguished Academician of the Year Award

Firstly, I would like to thank Women Icon, powered by Times Women, for selecting me as the "Distinguished Academician of the Year 2022."

I am P. Sujatha from India. I have a M.Tech. in CSE, a M.Sc. in electronics, a postgraduate diploma in teacher training, a diploma in embedded systems, a diploma in counseling, and I am pursuing a master's in psychology. I have had excellent teaching experience for engineering graduates and engineering postgraduates for two decades, both nationally and internationally.

Director of LITTLE GEMS Pre-Primary School, Certified Counselor, Parenting Coach, Career Counselor, Soft Skills Trainer, Public Speaking Trainer, Project Guide I got selected for an honorary doctorate award in the domain of data mining from the International Internship University.

I am currently acting as an associate professor and head of the information technology and data science department at the NRI Institute of Technology. Teaching is not my profession; it’s my passion. I would love to learn new technologies and share that knowledge with young students. I love to motivate and inspire them in all aspects.

Instead of accumulating assets for the next generation, we should teach them how to face tough situations, how to maintain a relationship with others, and how life has to go on! We should teach them, along with the technologies, emotional intelligence too.

Finally, I am here today only because of my family members' support. Tons of love and thanks to my entire family. And a special thanks to my dearest lifeline, my daughter Nama Koushil Naidu.
