I’m Ms. Gayathri Subramaniam (Manager Student Recruitment Legal Division- IDM Nations Campus International, Sri Lanka, UAE, and UK), and my main vision is to make sure that good quality education is delivered throughout to all level students. I strongly believe that the upcoming generation plays a vital role today. I too believe that each child is developed in their mother’s womb, but each pupil develops their knowledge in their growing environment, mainly their own classrooms.

Therefore, it is always important to assist today's generation in an appropriate manner rather than infuse them only with cultural manners because they need to shine in their chosen industry both professionally and personally.

I have been in this educational field as an academician, lecturer, and now manager for more than 7 years now. IDM Nations Campus International is one of the leading educational organizations with bachelor's and master's degrees. I started my career journey as an intern at Management and Science University (MSU) in Malaysia soon after my degree completion from Greenwich University, UK, and am presently a Manager of Student Recruitment, Specialized in Legal Division, at IDM Nations Campus International (IDM NC International).

My career journey from an ordinary intern to a manager did not happen as a miracle; it took a lot of patience, hard work, full dedication, and, of course, love for my job. My mantra is loving your job to the fullest from the heart so any individual can climb up the ladder without having any single fear because my ladder started from an intern, a junior executive, a senior executive, a counselor, and today a manager of student recruitment for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. 

I started working for the Legal Division, which was a completely new field for me and became more passionate, and this job role became a part of my life in which I always go back to my college days and think that for each and every student I recruit, I should provide the best service in order for them to complete their educational journey without any hassle. I’m proud to say that the bond that has been created among myself and the students is not just for them to complete the law program but also to give them a motivational boost for them to complete it without any single issue.

And this wasn’t possible for me without my previous CEOs/Directors, and presently the person I always look up to as a mentor, a motivator, and of course the most down to earth and humble personality is Dr. Janagan Vinayagamoorthy, CEO/Director of IDM Nations Campus International (also to be addressed as one of the coolest CEOs I have been with). I’m also proud to say that I have been a part of more than thousands of graduates to date throughout their educational journey.

Due to my tremendous hard work and effort, "Women Icon" presented me with the most prestigious awards, "Exemplary Women Leadership" and "Excellence Academician."

Once again, a heartfelt thank you and respectful salute to the Women Icon and Team, my family members, Wycherley International School (my principal, Mr. Kingsley Jayasinghe, and all my teachers), my previous organizations' staff members, and currently all staff members of IDM Nations Campus International, and of course my biggest strength, the students.
