Manjari rose to fame after winning
the international pageant, "Haut Monde Mrs. India Worldwide 2021," in
its 10th season. The grand finale of this prestigious pageant was held in the
UAE among more than 100 participants from across the world. She has been
additionally crowned the zonal winner of East and Central India and Mrs.
Popular in this coveted pageant.
She has been unstoppable since then.
She won many awards in the last year, has been sought after as a guest of honor
across events, is associated with many NGOs, and was one of the most searched
public personalities for several weeks in a row.
From rising the corporate ladder to
setting the ramp on fire, and from recently winning dozens of international and
national awards to being one of the most sought-after jury members and guests
of honor across fashion and business events, she has done it all!
She has been working for the last 17
years in the banking and financial industry for global banks and
multinationals. She has previously worked in Australia for a leading bank, and
her last stint was as an assistant vice president at a Swiss bank. She is
currently working as a director at FIS Global, a leading financial technology
MNC.
Some of her key accolades include
being named "Most Inspirational Women 2022," "Nationwide Women
Achievers Award" by Business Mint, "Bharat Shri Samman Award"
2022 by the Government of India undertaking, "Women Leader of the
Year" by Ms. Kiran Bedi, and "Corporate & Fashion

She has recently graced several
events, including award functions as the chief guest, guest of honor, and jury,
and awarded many international achievers across various fields.
Apart from her usual corporate work
life, she is a public speaker, fond of writing poetry, and fit.

family in her spare time.
Manjari is also associated with
various social causes, including women's empowerment, girl child education,
menstrual hygiene, supporting various orphanages, and helping the
underprivileged in society through various initiatives in collaboration with
various NGOs.
She was brought up in Dhoni’s
hometown of Ranchi in a modest family by her father, Mr. Vinod Kumar Jaiswal, a
retired government official from FCI, and by her mother, Manju Jaiswal, a
homemaker. She has always been an intelligent yet sincere and hardworking student.

throughout, apart from being a science state topper and a gold medalist. She
graduated from Xavier’s College in Ranchi and completed her MBA in Finance from
Delhi as a gold medalist. She believes in continuous learning and has also done
double post-graduation by completing her Executive Management degree from
Cornell University.
She lives in Bengaluru with her
husband, Mr. Ritesh Gupta (Director at a leading consulting firm), and her two
adorable kids: an 8-year-old daughter, Amaira, and a 6-year-old son, Yuvaan.
She loves spending time with them, including cooking their favorite dishes. She
is a God-fearing, homely, and caring person by nature.
