My name is J.M.Deshani Jayaweera. I am from Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. I am 28 years old. As a kid I reflected a varied personality including ambition and the qualities of leadership, problem solving, patience and team working.

I am also well determined and vigorous individual, yet pleasantly calm.

About my education, I did my schooling in Helena Girls School. And I have done my graduation from Aquinas University and World TESOL Academy.

With the definite goal of becoming a professional teacher and owing a renowned English language development institute. I have experience teaching students of all ages and backgrounds, from complete beginners to advanced students. I love to motivate my students and make learning a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

This is not a typical institute that solely prepares kids for exam. This is the institute that gives the child a happy childhood.

We provide education according to the developmental needs and competence of children.We prioritizes children's happiness as an indicator of learning.

Learning is designed with a curriculum that collaborate cognitive abilities and children's creativity. We mainly focus Head, Heart and Hand education system.

Every child receives a chance to live and enjoy their childhood while receiving unconditional love, trust, and support while their growth and development are fully supported in Tweedom.

I am a full-time teacher motivated by my love for teaching kids and succeeding as I strive to become an outstanding and successful woman today.

I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible, and hard-working person. I am a mature team worker and adaptable to all challenging situations

Through my passion for teaching, I have embraced a fanatical interest in achieving my qualification.

• Ordinary Level & Advanced Level Examination stream of (Commerce) at Helena Balika Vidayalaya Kelaniya in 2013.
• Diploma in English at Aquinas University College in 2015.
• The Institute of Chartered Accountants Of Sri Lank completed Executive Level in 2015.
• Diploma in ICT (International) Esoft Metro Campus in 2016.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Primary Education in Open University In Sri Lanka in 2019.
• Qualified TESOL & TEFL in World TESOL Academy at United Kingdom in 2022.
• Diploma in Speech & Drama for teachers 2022 at CALSDA.

A five-year forecast of my life includes me having a renowned English Language Development Institute.

Apart from the above more experience in operating an International school environment, interviewing & teaching.

I wish to continue my contribution as a directress and a teacher through the medium of English.
