I am mrs Nitharshani Piratheepan  from sri Lanka is a admin and founder at Rant Creation we are started this company 2020 our company registered in 2022 (VSW/FIN/BR/18/2022)
The job made in my company follows aari work, silk thread jewels making and aari work materials and jewels making materials online business
My current business location  of Rant Creation is jaffna district in srilanka  our products are also exported to countries as follow France, London, Italy and Switzerland
I spend full time on this business i design in new creation and patterns
My husband has been helpful and support for me to run this business My husband is also a reason for my success My  family and friends also help me in many ways
Various instruments and raw materials utilized in this work such as
     * scissors employed to take the required amount of thread.
     * aari needle employed to make the patterns.
     * various kinds and hues of beads and stones are employed to decorate the embellished pattern.
     * fabric gum is employed to set the beads on cloth.
     * zarigold as well as the silver thread is employed to sew the design.
     * different tones of embellishments thread are employed to embellish the  pattern
The increasing demand of aari clothes and aari  work materials  global markets  getting more business by increasing the sale in all Country. Aari embroidery has recently caught the eye of the western market which has led to an increase in its sale and popularity I provide employment for women
I am providing the service with high quality, low budget and with perfection according to the customer’s requirements. I used to give some discounts or charge only for the materials for the aari work orders which come from low-income customers who cannot afford to pay the total cost. I have done some free services with a service-oriented mind, for the poor customers who are unable to bear the cost.

The mercantile security service pvt ltd started during 1970 with 100 security staffs and at presently 52 years service it as been expanded to all over srilanka improving my experience joined since  2015 to up to date specially in the accounts relating to the  preparation of salaries of office staff and other Security staff numbering nearly 1548.
