Denita Rajan is the Manager - Contact Centre Operations of Gamma Pizzakraft Lanka (Pvt) Ltd (Sole franchise holder of Pizza Hut and Taco Bell) in Sri Lanka. She has been managing unarguably the most iconic and the most dynamic contact center team in the country.

She has had a fantastic career exposure in Human Resource Management with leading corporates in Sri Lanka such as Heineken Lanka as an Assistant HR Manager, Dialog Axiata PLC, Synergen Health and Virtusa. Denita holds BA (Hons) in Business Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University - UK.

Being a dynamic, result - driven professional with 12+ years of experience in corporate world, she has demonstrated success by result driven team leadership in highly competitive environments. The way she marshaled her team during the last three years to ensure the uninterrupted operation amidst of COVID lockdowns and political turmoil’s/ riots was a true testimony to her ability of inspiring people to deliver while being considerate on the situation. The way she inculcated the “Never give up” mentality within her team with driving for innovative solutions were commendable.

Denita is a great team leader who will initiate concepts into the organization. With implementation of Inclusion and Diversity concept at Gamma, she recruited staff who are differently abled. Successfully trained them in order to get the best output to the organization. Not only she succeeded the company concept, as a team leader she was successful in proving that every human has different abilities.
