Biography

I am Mrs.vasanthan Nishanthini, the proprietor as well as the teacher of “Magishaa Aari Work & Tailoring. I have completed Diploma Aari work & Tailoring and I am a graduate of Bachelor of Business Administration at South Eastern University.

I have been teaching Diploma courses in Hand Embroidery, Aari work and Tailoring at our branches which is located in Trincomalee, Kinniya and Muthur for the last 3 years.

We offer NVQ and Diploma certificate to the students who successfully completed the courses. Our Courses are specially designed to make the woman as a professional Craft person and uplift their livelihoods through a secure income.

Presently I have a lot of students in overseas countries such as Canada, Germany, France, Italy, London etc, I teach them through online platforms.

My Family members including my husband give me tremendous support to run this institution a Successful manner.

I am very proud that I was selected as a nominee for the “Woman Icon” this time, this is a massive opportunity for a woman like me and I will be sincere gratitude to nominate me for the award.
