I am Angammai Monika, an Indian author, Transformational Career Coach, Motivational Speaker, ICF ACTP - PCC trained coach, CCA certified Career Counsellor, Science post graduate in Ecology & Environmental Science (University rank holder), author of #1 Amazon Best Seller, ‘7 Secrets Nobody Told You About Successful Career’. I am the founder of Ebullient Career Counselling. I have worked for 16 years in various domains.

My firm, Ebullient has stepped into its glorious 4th year now. I started my counselling career by counselling students from 8th to 12^th grade. I felt that they needed more support & guidance to make wise decisions in their career as they were at a crucial stage of life where the decisions they make can make them save or waste many years of their life. As I have a good amount of corporate experience, especially in HR, I started coaching professionals with their career related challenges like promotion, salary hikes, office politics, and transition in jobs.

I have worked with Directors, Vice- Presidents, Business Unit Heads, the Director of the Navy, Commanders, Managers, Senior HR & Senior Engineers. I have successfully counselled & coached 500+ students & professionals all over India from Kashmir to Kanyakumari & from other countries (New Zealand, Switzerland, Spain, Dubai, Netherlands, Germany, Canada, Singapore, Australia, USA, UAE & Hong Kong). I have also personally mentored 100+ women and helped them to restart their careers with great enthusiasm and confidence.

I started my 2nd inning as an entrepreneur in my 30s. I was a homemaker from a conservative Indian family, living in Hosur (a town in Tamilnadu), India & mother of 2 lovely kids (my younger one was 6 months old when I started).

Now, I am happy & grateful that I have created my dream career with 6 figure monthly income, and I am aiming for 7 figure monthly income in 2024. I have travelled across India, I operate from home, and I work 4 hrs a day, 5 days a week. I have been fortunate to be trained by world-famous coaches like John Assaraf (the world’s leading Mindset Coach), Carl Harvey (The best Copy Writer on the planet - Mindvalley ), Joe Vitale (Starred in the world-famous movie –“The Secret”, Hooponopono Master & Spiritual teacher), and Dr.Steve G Jones (World renowned hypnotherapist & NLP practitioner).

• Received prestigious Women Icon Award – 2023, powered by Times Women & World Women Council. (For the ‘100 Women Awardee for World-Class Excellence Award’ ). They received 10 lakhs + applications, and out of this only 2 Indian women got selected & I am so proud that I am 1 among them).

I am now the master of how I use my time, I am financially independent, I have the decision-making power, and I receive lots of love & respect in my profession. I am happy & highly satisfied when I see my lovely clients achieve their career goals and succeed in their lives. I support NGOs for noble causes like girl child education, student counselling, medicines & food. I am on the journey of inspiring millions of people to lead their dream lives through career coaching, which is my sole purpose.

My sincere gratitude to the entire team of Women Icon 2023 powered by Times Women for their efforts, patience & investing more than 6 months in finalizing 100 World Class Excellence Award winners from 1 million applicants from 30+ countries. I am very delighted that I was the only one who got selected for 5 award categories by the international jury. I opted for the “Exemplary Women Leadership Award”

 Receiving such a prestigious global award, I am on cloud nine. After receiving the confirmation mail from the women icon, I shared a post on social groups celebrating my achievement with people, I titled it as  “Aim for the stars,  you will reach the stars”. After I posted the short write up, I received more than 150 calls from women. This is the first time I saw such a huge response in my entire journey. They were so happy & excited about my achievement & this time they didn’t give any excuse. Instead, they said “We also want to restart our career, Monika.” That is the power of Women Icon 2023 powered by Times Women & World Women Council.
