Asma Cader is a results-driven marketer with over 13 years of industry experience, specializing in building funnel-based programs through content, events, technology, advertising, and digital optimization. She is known for her passion for authenticity and her obsession with conversions. Asma strongly believes in creating a remarkable brand experience at every touchpoint and has a sharp focus on lead generation and customer engagement.

Asma has a proven track record of launching successful product campaigns across global markets. Her deep understanding of different markets and cultures has enabled her to create effective marketing campaigns that resonate with customers. Currently, Asma is Senior Manager Marketing at Gapstars, a leading software company based in Colombo and Amsterdam.

In her role, Asma is responsible for overall management and strategy for branding, marketing, and communications at Gapstars. She is a key contributor to high-level strategy for branding the company in the Sri Lankan market. Asma is responsible for developing Gapstars' social media marketing strategy, content marketing, PR strategy, website and data analytics management, internal employee communications, personal brand development, and digital marketing and email marketing strategy.

Asma's skills in digital strategy, marketing strategy, and event management have been instrumental in her success in the industry. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the University of Bedfordshire.
