Hello everyone. My name is May Tan, the Managing Director of HR Assistant Solutions Sdn. Bhd. I am honored to be here today and have the opportunity to speak with all of you for this Women Icon Award. I was born in Malaysia and completed my Executive Master of Business Administration in 2019 from Action Business School for Entrepreneurs.

I have worked experience in sales and marketing for more than 25 years. In just one year, I have built a team of 1,000 people and resulted in up to 20 million team performance. My extensive experience and knowledge bring significant value to clients and the company.

In 2021, I was appointed to be the Managing Director of HR Assistant Solutions Sdn. Bhd. I have over 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management and have successfully helped enterprises on the problem of manpower shortage in Malaysia.
