Jegathiswari Seetha Raman (Arularase) Has Won Outstanding Women Leadership Award

First of all, i would like to thank the woman’s Icon for selecting/choosing me to receive the award of “ Outstanding Women Leadership Award” The category of “Woman’s Leadership Award”.

I am Jegathiswari Seetha Raman @ Arularase Baskar , Certified Trainer as well founder of KS Learning Edge Solutions.

Born and raised up in Butterworth, Penang, Malaysia. Grew up as very loving girl to my family as the youngest child in my family.

I am responsible , hardworking where will never stop until its complete. I love to receive challenges, where it makes me to be better person and think for the solutions. I believe that that is always my strength.

About my myself and my family, I am the youngest Sibling. I have 1 brother and 1 sister, married and with small family of me , my husband and my only daughter.

As a cute , small family, each and every member supports me on what I am doing, they are the backbone and my strength

My Education

My education begins when i was 6 years old, where attended my Kindergarden, then my primary for 6 years and completed my UPSR Examination. Continued my education at Secondary school for 5 years. Completed my SRP and well SPM (form 3 and form 5 Examination) Later than continued my studies in Diploma in Information Technology and successfully completed my Degree in Business Administration.

My Career

Am a certified Trainer as well as the founder of KS Learning Edge Solutions. Previously, i was working as In house trainer as well as Area Manager for the past 20 years in total,

With my experience for almost 20 years in training and coaching (In horse Trainer) , the challenges and the experience was marvelous where Istrongly progress to start as well
