She is the Founder of DOMS CONSULTANCY SDN BHD, A business and management consulting firm with significant expertise in business services, social care consulting for local governments and communities, and soft skills initiatives was established in 2016.

She has a team of experienced consultants who have been in senior cooperate roles before becoming consultants. Her goal is to transform more than 3,000 students by 2023 nationwide in their career path and to unleash their living style in a harmonious way.

Additionally, she has 25 years of experience running a private Montessori school and a passion for training and counselling. She has also trained students and parents for teaching practice. 5 years of experience in conducting mind mapping skills using IT technologies. Enjoy counseling for adults, parents, students, and entrepreneurs sharing knowledge with NLP (Neuro Linguistics Program) concepts.
