I'm Mrs Pirinthaa Pushpakaran from Kallady, Batticaloa, Sri Lanka. I'm 36 years old. I'm the daughter of Mr and Mrs Nesarajah Mary Fernath. I was born on the 29th of June 1987. I've two sisters and three brothers. I'm the second child in my family.my father passed away. I married Mr Kathanpillai Pushpakaran on the 06th of September 2014. After that I moved to Kaluwanchikudy. I've two children, a boy and a girl. I love my family and they are very supportive of what I do. I'm interested in making my time always busy with creativity, especially hand crafts, innovative things from wasteful things.i like to be a kind woman. 

I went to Jaffna Vadamaradchi Hindu Girls college first, then we moved to Batticaloa and went to Puthumugathuwaram St.Ignatius Vidyalayam, and after that went to Kallady Uppodai Vivekananda Girls College for my higher education. When I finished my school studies. I went to the University of Peradeniya to finish my Degree program. Successful I got my Bachelor of Arts degree. At the same time I did my skill development through the Diploma in Information Technology at Esoft Metro Campus, Batticaloa. Diploma in Psychology at Golden Way College, Colombo. , Advanced Diploma in English at Micro Skills, Batticaloa., I finished my Beauty Culture Diploma in Oriflame Jaffna, and I participate in in bridal make over compensation and got 5th place powered by Rose company, products of Beauty Cosmetics. 

I was member in Kallady Women's Club, Srilankan Red Cross, Service Civil International Sri Lanka ( participate No more war seminar too), committee member of Tourism of Sri Lanka Batticaloa team.and The centre of performing art Batticaloa,active member in Pugalidam special needs society Methodist Church and I enjoying work with them.Women's awareness mentor in Methodist Church Community and doing social works as a volunteer. 

My career path is, I word at AVIVA NDB INSURANCE as a Junior Executive after that, I moved to as a Manager at Sweet Mary's Garden and Trainer of Trainee at the same place, after that Waked as a Business Development Advisor in Chamber of Commerce, at the same time I worked as a Beauty Consultant in Oriflame and until now I'm working at Kurumanvely Kanisda Vidyalayam appointed as a Development Officer but I'm working as an English teacher. And I support all the cultural programmes of our institution. Trained students for stage performance. And appreciate the students for speaking and writing English with confidence. Doing a project to encourage them to develop Oral English. My staffs also appreciate and support me. 

My profession is teaching but my passion is writing poems. I started to write poems when I was eleven years old. First I wrote for my Tamil subject and my teacher encouraged me to write more poems. Her name is Mrs K. Sivamani. After that my family members also encouraged me to continue writing poems. My family members are also interested in writing. my Mom sisters and brothers and also writing articles, lyrics and poems. So that genetic passing in my blood too. After that My mom encouraged me to publish a poetry book and she did all the work for me to publish my book. I did publish in 2006 October my first poetry book "En Mana Vaanil" when I was 19 years old that's my first print.i need to say thanks to one of my teacher to support to published, his name is Mr. K. Rahulan,book And I didn't stop writing, I wrote poems for Sri Lankan Papers, participated in many competitions and won. Then I came to the social media side and published my poems. First I published my poems on Ezhuthu.com under the nickname 'ammu' from the 10th of September 2011 until now, writing that page name pirikaran. And writing my facebook timeline before, participate Facebook poetry competitions and won many certificates(ex:- Theni Izhakkiya Manram, KaviMalar Painthamizh Ilakkiya Sangam, Amutha Surappi, ect…).I participate and wrote poem in 1333 poetry book which one is got world's record for much people wrote poems in a book. Got a universal world record award and Future Kalam's award for that. And I got many certificates for my poems.

I am interested in writing poems about Love, human feelings, women liberation, nature, and suitable poems for pictures. And I'm writing modern and traditional methods. I participate in interviews in Srilankan television's channels "Shakthi TV, and Nethra". Participated some poetry gallery in Kathiresan Hall, Bambalapitti., And Sekilar Tamil society in Thambiluvil about "Puthuvazvu Malarattum" and got certificate.so I really enjoying with writing That's why I created this page.

I'm really really excited about Selecting me for "Outstanding Writer Award" on a global level from "Women Icon Award" powered by " Times Women". I didn't expect this so I can't believe and realise about this award. My family members, relatives, friends and staff are happy to hear of Selecting me for this award. And they are proud of me. I wanna say thanks a lot for Selecting me for this recognition. 

I must say thank you for Selecting me for this award to "Women Icon Powered by Times Women." and I especially wanna thank the Women Icon committee for Selecting me. Thank you very much. I don't have any words to say thanking you for giving me this opportunity. It will develop me more than now. And I hope it will make me a bold and confident woman in society. I've to thank my mom, dad, sisters, brothers, hubby, son, mother in law, relatives, friends and my staff for encouraging me to write more poems, and I dedicated all of the certificates,medals and awards to my dad.
