Nontokozo
Londiwe Dludla is 32 years old, From South Africa residing in the rural area of
Kwa-Dlangezwa (KZN) Kwa-Zulu Natal province under King Cetshwayo District. She
is a founder and Director of Mcebowethu Projects PTY (LTD), founder and a chairperson
of Abathembu Projects (NPO), and Secretary of UMpheme Community Development
Foundation (NPO).
Academic
excellence is her driving force and is still striving to acquire more accolated
in the training and development fraternity.
Having acquired Bachelor of Arts Degree in Information Science from the
University of Zululand, she was certified as the best student in Management
Principles (2012). She has since acquired a passion for the Built Environment
which focuses on construction activities, she further studied “Supervision
Construction Processes”: Civil NQF Level 4 and (ii) Home Building Skills
Course, Innovation building Technology, Health and Safety in a workplace and
Housing Development Chain. Ms Dludla’s other passion is in efficient Business
Management where she has studied Financial Management. Ms Dludla has been a
delegate representing South Africa in the Republic of China participating in
the Marine Economic Development and Management studies.
Mcebowethu
Projects is a 100% black youth owned business where Ms Dludla is the majority
shareholder with 90% of the company shares. Mcebowethu Projects is located at Kwa-Zulu
Natal in Kwa- Dlangezwa, with footprint in most of KwaZulu Natal with ambitious
to grow into other provinces and expand internationally. The main operations of
the organisation were provision of training and development in construction
courses for Historically Disadvantaged individuals in the rural areas of
Kwa-Zulu Natal. Mcebowethu prides itself in the in the provision of adequate, appropriate,
and high-quality skills that contributes towards economic growth, empowerment
creation and social development.
The
training is twofold, where theoretical and practical experience is offered to
the learners, where constructions site is earmarked for the experiential learning.
The focus of Mcebowethu is to ensure that communities are left at a better
standing with fit for purpose infrastructure and skilled labour. Functional
infrastructure and skills basic fire fighter course. Our vision is to leverage
the strong relationship that we build with our clients and to be recognised for
training excellence in our field and to be the best choice of every training
professional looking, upgrading their skills, and learning new skills.
Abathembu
Project is a non- profit organisation situated at Kwa-Dlangezwa Area ward 10,
the organisation was formed in 2005. Our main vison is to give hope to the
hopeless through education and help the helpless by assisting them with basic
needs including dignity packs. The goal is to have our own centre in the future
within the community on the land which has already been procured for the
non-profit operations. A community centre will also be used as a feeding scheme
centre for the children.
