Biography:
I am Hadshana Kamalanathan, a passionate and results-driven IT professional with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in the ever-evolving world of technology. With 6+ years of experience in the industry, I have honed my skills in Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Terraform, SQL Server, Microsoft Power Platform, etc.

I am a Microsoft MCT Regional Lead for Sri Lanka and the 1st woman Microsoft MCT Regional Lead in Sri Lanka.

I am an IT professional driven by a passion for technology and a dedication to excellence. My journey in the IT world has been marked by continuous growth, valuable experiences, and a commitment to making a positive impact in the field. I look forward to further opportunities to innovate, learn, and contribute to the ever-expanding digital landscape.

Education:
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Networks from Birmingham City University - UK, where I acquired a solid foundation in Server and Network technology. Throughout my academic journey, I have completed 20+ Microsoft Certifications and a few International Professional certifications as well. I consistently demonstrated a thirst for knowledge and a knack for troubleshooting skills, which laid the groundwork for my successful career.

Professional Journey:
My career began as a Systems Engineer, where I learned about Infrastructure management and monitoring. This experience allowed me to grasp the industry's nuances and set the stage for my subsequent roles. I then moved on to IFS as a Site Reliability Engineer, where I played a pivotal role in deploying customer environments in Azure. I continued to climb the professional ladder, eventually landing my current position as a DevOps Engineer, where I automate processes using DevOps tools.

Achievements:
Over the past 5 years, I've had the privilege of C# Corner MVP for Azure and obtained several awards for my professional activities. These experiences have sharpened my technical skills and enhanced my leadership abilities.

Outside of Work:
I'm an active technical speaker, conducting several knowledge-sharing programs for the Sri Lankan youth, especially Eastern Province youth, to improve their technical knowledge and get IT jobs.

As an active IT professional, I'm happy to receive the 'Women Icon Outstanding Award for Process Innovation in IT'. I am very thankful for the Women Icon community and am willing to work with them. Thank you for awarding me.
