Sonali Karn is a passionate entrepreneur and advocate for women empowerment, dedicated to creating opportunities for women to thrive in the entrepreneurial world. With a strong belief in the power of women to lead and innovate, Sonali has committed their career to supporting women in business, providing mentorship, resources, and platforms for growth.

Sonali's journey began when Growing up in a Country Nepal in Madhesh province , observed firsthand the challenges faced by women, including limited access to job opportunities, training, and financial independence. Despite the province’s high poverty rate, particularly among women, Sonali saw an opportunity to make a difference. The lack of women in entrepreneurship and leadership roles fueled a determination to help women in Madhesh break free from societal limitations. Realizing the challenges women face in entrepreneurship, such as access to capital, mentorship, and equal representation,Sonali took a proactive role in breaking down these barriers.

Driven by the belief that every woman, regardless of her background, deserves to enjoy a good standard of living, Sonali founded a Company Name Nilay ShriCreationpvtltd, a platform aimed at providing women with the training, skills, and resources needed to become home-based entrepreneurs. Sonali recognized that by offering professional development, leadership training, and creating a space for women to collaborate, they could transform the lives of countless women in Madhesh pardesh Nepal.

Through Nilay Shri Creation pvt ltd and projet ,Sonali has initiated training programs Named The Government Of Nepal with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies in collaboration with different municipalities under the Economic and Technical corporation conduct a proverty alleriation program through MED-PA that focus on handicrafts tarining, enabling women to start small businesses from the comfort of their homes. This initiative not only fosters economic independence but also helps build confidence and a sense of purpose among women who previously had limited career options.

In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, Sonali actively participates in women and provety training, events, or platforms that support women entrepreneurs and collaborates with like-minded individuals and groups to further the cause of women empowerment Sonali believes that empowering women in the entrepreneurial sector is not only a matter of equality but also a catalyst for economic growth and societal progress.
