in the fields of construction, consulting engineering, and local government,
she has significantly contributed to the development and sustainability of
civil engineering services, housing projects, and urban waste management

Currently serving as a Senior
Project Officer (SPO) in the Urban Waste Management Capital Project Implementation
branch at the City of Cape Town, Princesse is at the forefront of
implementing sustainable urban waste management projects. Her role involves
overseeing capital project execution, ensuring efficiency in resource
management, and driving initiatives that enhance the city's infrastructure
resilience.

public infrastructure, Princesse is a serial entrepreneur and a co-founder

Ashindaye Pty Ltd in 2015, a consulting firm where she remains a
