With over 12 years of experience in the fields of construction, consulting engineering, and local government, she has significantly contributed to the development and sustainability of civil engineering services, housing projects, and urban waste management initiatives. Her passion for impactful leadership and engineering excellence has cemented her reputation as a visionary professional dedicated to transformative change.

Currently serving as a Senior Project Officer (SPO) in the Urban Waste Management Capital Project Implementation branch at the City of Cape Town, Princesse is at the forefront of implementing sustainable urban waste management projects. Her role involves overseeing capital project execution, ensuring efficiency in resource management, and driving initiatives that enhance the city's infrastructure resilience.

Founder and Entrepreneurial Spirit

Beyond her contributions to public infrastructure, Princesse is a serial entrepreneur and a co-founder of several initiatives that champion leadership and innovation. She established Ashindaye Pty Ltd in 2015, a consulting firm where she remains a shareholder, offering specialized engineering and project management solutions.
