I am Savina Shrestha, a passionate individual dedicated to helping others and making a difference in the lives of women. As a social worker and entrepreneur, I focus on empowering women, especially in rural areas, by creating job opportunities and encouraging them to become self-reliant. My ultimate goal is to foster independence and entrepreneurship among women, enabling them to lead confident and fulfilling lives.

My primary mission is to promote women’s entrepreneurship, believing that empowering women is key to building stronger communities. Through my work, I aim to inspire confidence, resilience, and the spirit of independence in the lives of the women I support.

I am loving by nature, and I believe in the power of kindness and community. Through my efforts, I aim to inspire positive change and contribute to building a society where everyone can thrive.

Reflecting on my journey, my aspirations have grown alongside the lessons from my achievements and setbacks. Facing various challenges, I have learned that resilience is key; every obstacle has strengthened me since the very beginning. As the saying goes, "What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger." I stand as a woman who embraces challenges, conquers fears, and overcomes hurdles on her path.

I am deeply honored to have been recognized with the " Entrepreneur of the Year Award " on a global platform. My heartfelt gratitude goes to Women Icon for acknowledgment, encouragement, and dedication to empowering women worldwide. I am equally grateful to my family, mentors, friends, and colleagues. Each has played an invaluable role in shaping the entrepreneur I am today.

I firmly believe that consistency in your dreams, dedication, and determination is the formula for success. With unwavering persistence, no challenge is insurmountable, and no goal is out of reach.
