Worked
in managerial positions in various Recently I had worked as Project Manager at
Practical Action Nepal in sector of DRR and Landslide Early Warning System. In
addition to that I had worked with various renowned International
Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs) like Save the Children, Practical
Action, Renewable World etc as well as in UN agency handling different roles
majorly as managerial role. I am really happy to be a part community
development basically towards assurance of resilience community since my
beginning.
I
started my first job at the young age from Karnali Region, which is one of the
remotest and farther from my location after the graduation. Working at Karnali
Region was my interest and passion nor my pressure. I worked with almost diversity of INGOs based on various geography
like Karnali Region, Sudurpachim Region and other remotest part of Nepal in a
leading role. Though I was women I always inbuild the self-confident upon
myself. As a woman it’s not easy to relocate to remotest parts of Nepal
compromising individual desires, far from family members etc. It requires
mental and physical strength, motivation, self-courage, positive mindset, willingness
to do something for community welfare. Along with this my networking. communication,
leading, managing and planning skills makes me easy to work with all tiers of
governments and grassroot communities. I am always dedicated and inspired to do
something for community development. Even in COVID pandemic second phase I
engaged at remotest part of Nepal and handled the project especially of
emergency response and reconstruction.
Throughout
my journey I got the full support from my family. Without their support I
cannot imagine this success.
It’s
