LeelavathiBhakthavatsalam is a seasoned finance professional and a key driving force behind the transformation of Arul Brothers Logistic Sdn Bhd from a modest family-run operation into a thriving logistics enterprise in Malaysia.

A Bachelor of Commerce graduate from MES College of Science and Commerce, Bangalore, India, she began her journey in 1989 upon relocating to Malaysia after her marriage to Mr. Panndien, Director of Arul Brothers Logistic Sdn Bhd, and began supporting the company’s operations. Starting from a small home-based setup with just two trucks, she took on multiple roles—handling customer calls, coordinating transport operations, and managing invoices and financial records manually.

With unwavering dedication and a strong sense of responsibility, she gradually assumed full control of the company’s financial and administrative functions. Through continuous learning and hands-on experience, she developed expertise in financial management, budget planning, GST and SST compliance, audit coordination, payroll management, and accounting systems including MYOB and SQL.

One of her most significant contributions has been the successful transformation of the company’s financial systems—from manual processes to fully computerized and digitalized operations—enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Today, Arul Brothers Logistic Sdn Bhd stands as a well-established company with a fleet of over 100 trucks and trailers, supported by a dedicated team and operating from its own 1.5-acre facility at Eco Business Park, housing office operations, maintenance, and logistics support. The company’s excellence has also been recognized with the prestigious Golden Bull Award in 2020, reflecting its strong business performance and growth.

Guided by her core values of responsibility, dedication, and consistency, Leelavathi has consistently demonstrated resilience and commitment, balancing both business growth and family responsibilities with remarkable strength.

A significant turning point in her journey came through the guidance of Datuk Dr. Ravee and Datin Kavery, whose principles of the Law of Attraction and spiritual mentorship inspired personal and professional transformation.
