I’d like to express my sincere thanks to all the people in the team and Woman Icon Committee Jury by shortlisting me after multiple reviews as an award winner under the category of Woman Individual Leadership / Achievement Award as Outstanding Achiever Award for my effort. This award makes me achieve more success in my future. 

I know that receiving this recognition can change my inner and outer energy, engagement, and motivation. I use the right knowledge for the right purpose so I can solve most of the challenges I face now. Thank you very much again for the special award given to me.

I encourage fighting for what I desire and believe in and doing it in a particular state of mind because nothing great comes easy and with God blessing everything is possible. To become an Outstanding and Successful Woman in today’s society which is my definitive goal to becoming a professional businesswoman. 

I’m Dr PARAMASWARY PANJANATHAN from MALAYSIA. My country has a complex multiracial population, predominantly defined by three major ethnic groups: Malay, Chinese and Indian races with diverse multicultural backgrounds and people of various other ethnicities living together in peace and harmony. Our diversity of cultures makes Malaysia not only a food lover's haven but also one of the few countries with hundreds of celebrations and festivals all-year round.

My parents married in 1980 and I was born in the early 80’s at General Hospital Kuala Lumpur on 15 July. My father’s name is Mr Panjanathan and my mother’s name is Madam Letchemy. I have four siblings, two brothers and two sisters. I’m the elder in my family.

I started school when I was six years old and finished my secondary at Air Panas Girls School Setapak Malaysia. I have completed my higher studies in M.Sc System Engineering at local university Malaysia. I attend some extra IT courses to enhance my knowledge and skills.

Besides that, I’m a classical dancer from Temple of Fine Art under the guidance of Guru Jordan Tan Choon (JT) Brickfields Kuala Lumpur and cultural activist in 1995 until 2010. I am involved in keeping our Indian culture alive. I also participated in the Malaysia Fiesta Deepavali Group Dance Show in 1995 by RTM Televisión Live Show.

My hobbies are mostly reading books, drawing, dancing, singing, cooking variable culture foods, social services, and love traveling. I have travelled to 30 countries as a solo traveller and group trips. Travel is the secret to happiness and increases self-confidence. I’m active in social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Tik-Tok apps.

In 2020, I will get pregnant and give birth to a beautiful daughter in March 2001.Unfortunately I need to stop my studies to give ways of taking care of my daughter in 2001. Even though I was a mother at a young age, my thinking and burning passion to continue my studies to Degree and Master level never gave up. After a year, I enrolled back to local University and at this point of life my struggle started as a daughter, working woman, wife, mother, and a student. I lost sight of myself in the 12 years of love and marriage life. The thing that was missing from my marriage was me, my autonomy and healthy sense of myself, it caused me indescribable pain at different times over the years. I quietly endure, silently suffer, and patiently wait until now with the power to shape my future. I take it as a lesson to learn more about life and always think extra hard before crossing over to the bad side of my life. If I am weak enough to cross over, I may not be strong enough to cross back as I grew into the person I am today. 

My daughter’s name is Kastury. Currently she is studying and active in modelling too. There’s nothing quite as special as the unique and unbreakable relationship between a mother and daughter. She is my biggest achievement and little star for my life has changed so much for the better since she came along. The reason I am still alive and living a happier life with my most motivated girl. She is a special gift from God.

Career:

My first job was a Pre-School Computer Teacher at the Child Enrichment Centre at Wangsa Melawati Kuala Lumpur. Pre-School Teachers design and implement programmes for children aged 4 to 6 years old. It is ensuring their holistic development. I love seeing children learn new things and the excitement that it brings happiness to me. This is my temporary job because I further my studies to a higher level. 

After I completed my Diploma, I started working at Radicare M Sdn Bhd which is a leading integrated facilities management company that specializes in the provision of non-clinical support services to the healthcare sector in Malaysia. 

After a year break, I enrolled to study as a weekend student, and I got an opportunity to work as a System Engineer at Data Centre IBM Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a contract renewable staff in 2010. Data centre is a facility that centralizes an organization's shared IT operations and equipment for the purposes of storing, processing, and disseminating data and applications. My journey started working in the IT and Admin sector with more than 21 years experience. I got knowledge, enchanted my skills, experience and I had joined many MNC companies. Currently I’m attached to DXC Technology, an American multinational corporation that provides business-to-business information technology services to multinational companies in Cyberjaya Malaysia as ITO Service Delivery Cons II. 

Business Journey:

Becoming an entrepreneur isn’t easy, my first business owning Kajang Crabs Restaurant at Jalan Reko Kajang with 3 business partners in 2013. Unfortunately for some reason and circumstances I need to close the business. 

To be motivated by personal empowerment, I go on my next business journey. I am Founder of Aishu Collection & Tailoring which I had two branches at Setapak Branch and UTC Sentul Branch. I have brought two experiences and talented tailoring from India. My next business journey, I'm in the middle of launching my new skincare product which are natural organic ingredients for Skin Brightening, Body Scrub, Anti-ageing cream. Is a joint-based business with the Founder, CEO and President for the Malaysian Cosmetic Manufacturers Association and products approved by the Ministry of Health Malaysia. To become a Beauty Woman Entrepreneurs, we have to make Smart Choice for Beauty.

My Dream and Achievement:

Through my passion for performing, I have embraced a fanatical interest in pageantry from my school time dream and I finally have participated in the Harry International Talented and Lumiere International pageantries industry and also want to be a role model for my daughter.

Here I would like to introduce Mr Harry Barni Kumar who is the Founder of Harry Internationals Talented Agency an International Award-Winning agency is one of the leading brands in Malaysia’s showcase of talents in the modelling and entertainment industry. Their mission is to build and encourage young talents and like minded individuals to build a successful portfolio to strengthen and uphold a healthy career development and most importantly to enjoy this process and work together as a good team player.  Mr Harry is the first person to encourage and give me the valuable opportunity to embrace the Beauty Pageant World by entering Mrs Hits Penang contest and be awarded as title holder of Mrs Penang Hits Most Popular in 2019. Beside that I also received a few awards and titles as Mrs Hits - Vision Queen in 2020, Saree Icon Malaysia in 2021 from Harry Internationals Talented (HITs). He also suggested that I join the next international level pageantry.

My journey is continuing to showcase myself to next level pageantry at Lumiere International pageantry. Lumiere International was founded in 2002 by Mrs Justina Quek, a successful entrepreneur and beauty expert with more than 21 years of solid experience in the industry. Mrs Justina is also the President of multiple International pageantry. I have been selected in Mrs Malaysia Global Universe – 2019/2020 and be crowned as a sub-title of Classical Beauty holder.

I also have been selected for Mrs India Worldwide top finalist with ID No: 52293 from Haut Monde in Dec 2020 which will be travelling to an Exotic International location for Semi-Finale, Grooming Session and photoshoot. The Grand Finale bash was held in New Delhi, unfortunately I was unable to sustain the contest because of Covid19 pandemic situation.

Being a model will expose you to a lot of different skills, such as proper posture and communication skills, that I can apply to another glamorous career. Modelling industry may gain popularity or recognition through your photographs or TV spots. My Other Humanity Works:

Being rewarded is the best part of every achievement for lifetime, I also have captured a few titles as Honorary Doctorates recognition award (S.No. D155/2021) from Gandhi Peace Foundation Nepal – 2021 and a certificate of Appreciation (S.No. 283/21) for my outstanding contribution in Social Service against devastating COVID-19 (CoronaVirus) during critical period of lockdown in the world is in isolation as Humanity recently. 

My heartiest thanks to HE. AMB. Another Humanity award received an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy in Social Work (DSW) from The Malaysian Honorary Doctorate Organization (“NGO'') by The Royal British University of India for my contribution in social service and humanitarian activities in the year 2021. Special valuable thanks to the Founder and President of H.E Count. Brigadier General (H). Prof. Emeritus. Dato Paduka. Dr. Samraj Arumugam for the Honorary appreciation of Social Works award given.
