I am Nirojai Sritharan, who's 24 years old from Sri Lanka. She is mentioned as “The Pearl of The  Indian Ocean. I strongly believe cash is one issue that drives who where and what we pick to do  in life. Having stated that, setting up a profession on this subject now no longer permits me to make a contribution to society, however it additionally allows me to do different matters that I love together with assisting my family, pursuing my passion, and growing a  sustainable living. 

First of all, I am blessed and thrilled to obtain the “Digital / Online Start-up” below the class of  Women Icon Award Titles of Startups, Powered by Women Icon. It is an absolute honor that I  will cherish for the rest of my life. I am thankful for being identified and I intend to stay as much  as the extent of fulfillment this award demands. 

I've studied in the reputed Provincial School in my city which is called as Vipulanantha College,  Vavuniya, Until Ordinary Level (OL) and I am glad to be a student of this school. It is very  beautiful and huge. My school has all the facilities for sports, study and other activities. For my  Advanced Level I've changed my school Which is called Saivapragasa Ladies College, cause my previous school didn't have B. TECH. After I join that school all the teachers at school are  very dedicated and punctual. They always teach us discipline. And I’ve successfully finished  School life and I’ve joined for Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) and Diploma in English  (DIE) in Private College. 

My family, especially my mother, has been a source of encouragement and  motivation for me. That is why I myself am a truly self-inspired, strengthened and dedicated  fellow today. I have learnt a lot from my mistakes and from my failures. I never regard my  failure as a curse rather an opportunity to improve and to improvise.

What I have learnt myself from my experience and struggles is that one should never cease  working hard, be confident, positive and adaptable to all situations. The biggest success is that  one becomes invincible. Only then, one can face life in a full vigor and fullest of confidence. 

Therefore, writing about myself, I’m here to express myself that what I see, what I experience  and what I plan for my life is the total manifestation of what I do today. I try to be  humble, passionate, dedicated, hardworking and honest. I deem my parents as being my best  mentors. I have learnt the real meaning and worth of life from my parents. I am with a happy,  focused and hardworking family. That is definitely the greatest blessing of God for me. 

I’ve joined as Receptionist and Coordinator on 2017 and work for one year on that filed and  improve my skills and knowledge on English and Teaching then I got promotion as Junior  English Teacher on same Organization and I’ve worked on that job from 2018 to 2019 and I’ve  planned to start my own home-based tuition classes in my home for the children who are  unable to pay Institution fee or afford to go there from my place until now I’m teaching for the  children who wants to learn and improve knowledge without getting a few from the students  who are unable to pay I’m happy to see the children who learn and improve the skills and  knowledge. I’ve planned to start my own business on 2019 December but I don’t have any ideas about how  to start a business and what would my people’s needs, but I strongly believe if I do some  research about a person's mind in my place and what they need then I founded most of  youngsters wants Fashion Products 

So, I get what they need finally so I’ve planned to start Company like Flipkart and Myntra then I  think a lot of similar names like that and after I’ve finally discuss with my friends and family  with many names and finally I decided business name as Modern_Worldd. I’ve start my  business on 29 August 2021 But I don’t have enough money for renting the building and to  developed website like other companies like I’ve already mentioned, but I get great way to start  my business with social media so I’ve created a business account and start to run a business, account and start to run a business, after I’ve started my own business, I got a great response in  my place within 1 month I received 1K followers and support even I got some others from other  countries like India, Bangladesh, Japan and Philippines. 

With the advancement in technology and science, people can now do various things at the  comfort of their homes and one such thing is online shopping. It has gained a lot of spotlight  due to its ever-increasing demand and craze among people. Online shopping refers to the way  of purchasing things online without actually going to the physical stores. People nowadays are  busy earning their livelihood and they hardly get any time to go shopping, however, with  the advent of online shopping, they can now order anything be it clothes, footwear, gadgets,  appliances and much more. 

There are numerous advantages of online shopping, let’s take an insight into it. Online shopping  is the best option for people who do not have much time and are busy in their office and  business work. 

It is a convenient way for the people who cannot withstand crowded places and malls for  shopping so they can sit at their home or office and can order anything anytime 

At the end, keep away from incorrect influences. Just ask from yourself from time to time, “Is  what I’m analyzing or watching, or listening, transferring me toward my dreams, or growing  dangerous distractions from them? As girls we are able to acquire our desires whilst we've got a sturdy vision, thoughts and passion.
