Overview
TO: THE
CHAIRWOMAN OF WORLD WOMEN COUNCIL AFFLIATED WITH TIMES WOMAN
First of all I want to sincerely thank the organizing committee for shortlisting me as a candidate for the women icon award for title of “Best Achiever Awards “by times women and world women council. It was truly an unexpected surprise and I shall treasure this moment for the rest of my Life.
While I was growing up in a rural area of a small town I saw a lot of women not really understanding how to solve and cope with problems in their everyday lives.
I knew then more female representation is needed in management and administrative positions within social work. Women have proven to be competent and effective leaders, and it is possible and achievable to develop the soft and hard skills necessary to lead in this profession. If a leadership position is of interest, then dedicate the time to learn the requisite skills and build your experience formally and informally

That is so much I can say of myself. I have also acquainted myself with a wide range of skills and that was the launch pad of “FEMINARAH”. This was my proudest achievement during my career to organize marketing activities for this newly launched NGO.
We received a tremendous positive response from a lot of single mothers and working ladies. My active involvement in the many activities for Feminarah has helped me tremendously in developing my communication and leadership skills, which are vital in finding success in our initiative. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
