Mrs Heidi Grimwood’s passion has been in the health and wellness industry from the beginning of her career. She’s a strong leader with over 20 years of management experience and 25 years in spa operations.  

On being nominated for Women Icon powered by Times Women, Heidi Grimwood says “I am truly honoured to be selected to receive this award. It acknowledges my work, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank my colleagues and team at ELENA who have wholeheartedly supported all my initiatives at ELENA ELEMENTS OF NATURE spa.”

Heidi hopped on her first ship at 19 years of age to sail the seven seas as a fitness instructor in the onboard spa. Working closely with beauty and massage therapists and hairdressers, it wasn’t long before she grasped a real understanding of the spa business.

A veteran of her industry, Heidi’s expertise include Spa Operations, Project Management, Strategic Marketing, Product Planning and Development, Operational Planning and Cost-Saving Strategies. Her wealth of international spa knowledge and commercial drive has enabled her to turn around spa businesses. She has a significant record of innovative success for well-defined marketing and product management. 

A team builder, Heidi consistently motivates others toward professional growth and success. She possesses a significant record of innovative success for well-defined marketing and product management with the capacity to identify and align customers’ emerging needs with products and services. Heidi is skilled at aligning resources, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, evaluating results and implementing change.

Heidi has a complete in-depth understanding of internet tools, trends, and business models to raise an organization's visibility and social media profiling across Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Instagram. She’s adept at creating and executing content development campaigns and reviewing the created content.

Currently, Heidi Grimwood is the Vice President of ELE | NA ELEMENTS OF NATURE – a spa and wellness brand by Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts. In her previous assignment, Heidi was the Co-Director of FG Innovation Management Ltd, a spa management company in Ireland. She has also worked with Inchydoney Lodge & Spa, Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa, One and Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives and Steiner Transocean - Worldwide.
