B.Krishnanthy has bagged Award for Best in Career Coaching

Benziger Krishnanthy is very passionate about working with unemployed Youths on their career development, working with multiple training institutes and career development centers to build the appropriate skills and knowledge and connect the youths to multiple job opportunities and opening self-employment opportunities. She has been attached to Divisional Secretariat Vavuniya under the Department of Manpower and Employment as a Human resource Development Officer, providing excellent services to the poor and marginalized societies and unemployed youths. She has been identified as a motivational speaker and a mentor for advanced level students, school leavers and Youths who are in need of assistance for their career improvement and guiding them for appropriate pathways.

Mrs. Krishnanthy Benziger did her Bachelor’s degree in business management in English medium at the Eastern University, Sri Lanka and undergone numerous trainings and skill development course during her career in the public sector. She is a professional career guidance trainer specially on developing soft skills and trained thousands of students and youths.   She was awarded outstanding performance in 2018 by the department of Manpower and employment. Having broader understanding of issues related to youth career development and challenges that they face in the current socio-economic context. Beyond her routine work in the public sector, she has done some extra ordinary work to support the unemployed youths through social media to outreach wider groups.  “Career Hub Vavuniya” is a facebook account developed to share numerous job opportunities and career improvement programs to a mass audience. 

In addition, Mrs.Krishnanthy runs her own business with the reasonable investment to show and witness the self-entrepreneurship and motivate the young entrepreneur. A mother of three children having multiple responsibilities, she has been able to manage and satisfy the family is most interesting and fascinating.

Mrs. Krsishnanthy was born in a rural village called “Thavasikulam'' and her father Mr. Rangasamy Gopal is a lead farmer in the village. She went to national school Vavuniya Rambaikulam Girls Maha vidiyalayam and completed her studies.
