Minoli Wickramasinghe has bagged Outstanding Women Leadership Award

Minoli N. Wickramasinghe (née Rajapakse) is the CEO/Director of Capital TRUST Properties (Pvt) Ltd Having studied abroad in Australia and Hong Kong throughout her school career; she brings in a new perspective to doing property business in Sri Lanka. She has obtained a Bachelor of Business (B.Bus.) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edith Cowan University, Perth, Western Australia.

Minoli worked initially for DFCC Bank and then for Maersk Lanka.At Maersk she was a key employee handling Maersk’s logistic company. She was coordinating and reporting to its head

Thereafter she was appointed as Head of Corporate Training/ Director of Skills Lanka Limited, the only public limited liability company into corporate training & education, where she was instrumental in securing training for employees of a number of large companies and organizations in Sri Lanka. She is also a Director of Capital TRUST Credit (Pvt) Ltd and Capital TRUST Corporate Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.
