Prema Rajandran has bagged Women Icon Of the Year

My name is Prema Rajandran. I’m from Selangor, Malaysia. I am a Master Stockist of Fabulous Skin Care HQ.

After graduating with a Diploma in Computer Science, I took a job working as a Purchasing Assistant at one of the local company here. After struggled almost 10 years I was promoted as Purchasing Executive and step in to new company.

2 years later, I quit my job due to some health issues. That was the turning point in my life. I was effected badly. It’s a definite sign of being financially unstable. Overcoming unexpected financial problems and difficulties isn’t easy, but I overcome the challenges and at the same time I put an end to my financial stress. I joined Fabulous Skin Care HQ on 2017, as a drop ship agent to start earning again so that I can get my finances back on track.

Slowly I upgrade myself. I’m willing to take full responsibility on my wins and losses in my business and life. This helps me use everything for my growth, rather than getting stuck with blaming people or situations for setbacks. It’s encourages me to keep taking risks outside my comfort zone.

I was 100% confident with myself. It allowed me to develop my ability to focus on success instead of problems and failures. I’ve always been willing to go the extra mile and do whatever it takes. I’ve never seen any other option than succeeding, celebrating failures as learning’s and picking myself back up to keep going.

I believe that being genuine, paying attention and true to myself and people surrounding me, will bring me to the next level. Now at Fabulous, I’m a successful leader with a team of 62 agents. I’m 100% committed to train my agents and encouraging them to attain their business goals and objectives. As a leader, I always aware and alert about where our business is heading and where it has to go. I should build a strong team which can work together productively.For that I started to upgrade myself with attending Marketing & Leadership Courses to improve my marketing and leadership skills. My mission is to train my agents to become a successful entrepreneur and also a leader.

In this moment, I would like to thank Madam Menaga (Founder of Fabulous Skin Care HQ) for giving me this opportunity. Your guidance and supports no matter what I was doing has helped develop me in to the person I am today, Thank You! To my husband and family, Thank You for your love, support and encouragement. I’m blessed to have all of you in my life.

And to Women Icon, I’m immensely thankful for this award. I was clueless that you were choosen me for this award. The only thing I can express is my sincere gratefulness. This is simply one of the most important and precious moment in my business career.
